Festive fun in Burnham Market (oh yes it is!)

Christmas kicks off on the green in Burnham Market, on Saturday 24th November at 2.00 pm, with carols playing and mulled wine available starting at 3.30pm. And at 4.30 pm the spectacular Christmas lights that transform Burnham into a winter wonderland , will be switched on with great ceremony by David Rumelle (in full costume as 'Dame Nanny Nora'). David is this years 'Dame'in the Hunstanton Princess Theatre's pantomime , Sleeping Beauty. This will be followed by a special 'Spaceflower' laser that will soar across the sky above the village.
Fun for all the family !
Visit Father Christmas in his grotto. (All proceeds to go to The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House).
The Fakenham Town Band will be playing traditional Christmas carols. The Nelson Rural Scouts (and Cubs) will be selling glow-in-the-dark flashing wands and arm bands.
Mulled wine.
